Those who have been playing Fortnite since launch have seen the game expand and turn into something entirely different, as at first “build battles” weren’t the most effective tactic available (META). For now though, the most recent Fortnite update has added new functionality to the game’s island system and it has also reintroduced the dual pistols as weapons, which were once vaulted.įortnite is a game that will tug at your heartstrings in more ways than one, especially if you’ve been playing it ever since the beginning. For example, the Holly Hedges POI has been renamed to Holly Hatchery and it now features a large cube in the center that protects the alien eggs that are to hatch.įortnite has nearly reached the end of its sixth season, and the developers are preparing the game’s players to enter the seventh season. Along with that, the devs have paved the way for the game’s next concert, which is looking more and more like it’s going to be an Ariana Grande concert.įortnite’s latest season has brought alien excitement to the battle royale, and the latest update to Fortnite has upped the stakes considerably.

This final update features a new playlist menu that makes it much easier to choose your favorite game mode.įortnite’s most recent update isn’t one of its biggest, but it’s added some interesting new dynamics to the game, including new supply drops as well as the GRAB-ITRON. Update 17.50 is the last update that we’re going to see during Season 7, and after that, we’ll be moving into Season 8.
